Art therapy is a place to use art materials in any way you like. You don’t need to be good at art, you can draw, scribble, make things, play. People find that this helps in all sorts of ways: to have fun, to talk whilst you’re scribbling, painting, playing or making. Some people find it hard to talk about things that are bothering them. Using art can help.
